depression also takes your teeth away

oh i am so frustrated! i’ve written that depression takes your family, job, husband, happiness, house …etc away, but what i forgot to put is it also takes your teeth away! i’ve got this thing called: juvenile-something-something-something and on top of that, when i was getting an infection treated two years back at the height of my depression, i never did the necessary things for it AND i wasn’t even compliant with my antibiotics. so that tooth has loosen and has moved. my parents paid $3K to get my teeth straight with braces and now my teeth are all messed up.

needless to say, i am playing catch up again now that i do have the motivation.

i’m looking for a dentist in my area who is a provider for CIGNA Dental. you would think that just about every business owns a website that their patients can get more info on - especially the younger dentists, but NOPE! this is not the case.

i have yet to find a cigna dentist who has a website. i’ve also been looking for reviews. there’s a site that i like, but i have to pay $12 to get access to all the information. is that worth it? i did get info on their top rated dentist in the area. dr. bernstein. hella hella hella expensive, but he has all the state-of-the-art things AND NO PAIN! maybe i should just go to him for the cosmetic stuff and get the general cleaning from a cigna dentist. this bernstein got really good reviews - the only bad reviews dealt with how expensive he is. if insurance pays for anything, they will only pay for 50%. i don’t think insurance pays for cosmetics., but then again… i don’t think implants are considered cosmetic.

i am in need of an extraction, cleaning and implant.

oh and for the past 5 years since i lived in the bay area, i used to go to brightnow dental and for the past 5 years those guys took xrays of my mouth AND never have they warned me of my wisdom teeth coming out. YES. one has popped out and it’s totally pushing my molar out of the way. i’m sure the other 3 will come out soon. THANKS BRIGHTNOW DENTAL! thanks for nothin’ !
